How long does shipping take?


Due to high demand, please allow 1–3 business days for our warehouse team to pack and quality-check your order. Once shipped, tracked delivery to Australia typically takes 7-14 business days. You will receive a tracking link the second it leaves our hub!

Do I have to pay for shipping?

Yes but not much! We provide Standard and express shipping with a $75 spend for free standard shipping. Standard normally is $5, Express normally $9.95

Where do I track my order?


We make tracking effortless. Once your order ships, we email you a tracking number. Simply scroll to the bottom of NexaBYZ, click Track Your Order, and enter your details to watch your package arrive in real-time!

Can I change or cancel my order?


To maintain fast shipping times, our automated system processes orders immediately. If you need to make changes, please email our support team within 2 hours of purchasing, and we will do our best to catch it for you.
